Full Body Blast & Booty Builder

This is a gym-based workout program for women who are looking to make serious changes to their bodies and health! The workouts are made specifically to shred your entire body, while building a booty at the same time. Exercises and weight can and should be modified to your level of experience.

FOR EXAMPLE: Barbell exercises can be replaced with the smith machine. 

It is recommended that you have some previous knowledge of exercise and exercise form; the pictures in the program cannot teach you proper form. If you are unfamiliar with exercise form, it is recommended that you watch videos prior to performing each exercise to ensure you are doing them correctly. 

This program consists of nutritional guidelines, an example day of eating, exercise guidelines, cardio guidelines, cardio options and day by day, fully detailed workouts with picture examples of me doing each exercise. The pictures shown provide an overview of the program. 

The program works best in combination with a diet that aligns with your goals. Custom macros sold separately.
